Stearns & Foster Discount Code - October 2026

If you find that your mattress choice is not meeting your preferences, you may return during the 90-night trial with Stearns & Foster's simplified return process so you don't need to call in. If you'd like to return your mattress within the 90-night trial, all you need to do is fill out their return form, and a representative will be in touch soon to discuss further details. Please note that pillows, power bases, flat foundations, and items that are not mattresses are non-returnable.

Once Stearns & Foster receives the returned product, and the refund has been processed, refunds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days (this excludes weekends and holidays). If you have not received your refund after this time and Stearns & Foster's team has confirmed that your refund has been processed, please reach out to your financial institution.

Stearns & Foster can only accept and ship orders from this website to addresses in the contiguous U.S., plus Alaska and Hawaii. Canada is the only international location in which Stearns & Foster products are offered. If you are in Canada and would like to access the Stearns & Foster website, you may do so.

For 10 years after you purchase your new mattress or foundation from Stearns & Foster, if it has a defect covered under the warranty, Stearns & Foster will replace or repair it. Customers need to keep the purchase documents in a safe place to support the warranty they received with their new product. Should you experience a warranty defect, please file a claim to start the claim process.

Stearns & Foster's shipping is typically free! For items like pillows, they ship via UPS ground shipping at no additional cost within the US. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations may have additional fees. Currently, they offer standard shipping for all comfort items for $25 per order for pillows. Mattresses, power bases, and foundations are delivered via In-Home Delivery at no additional cost to you! For remote locations and Alaska/Hawaii, there is a $600 surcharge per order; charges will be applied to your order based on your shipping address.

Small items like pillows will typically arrive in 3-5 business days. Delivery for Stearns & Foster mattresses, foundations, and adjustable bases typically occurs 3 weeks after the order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking. Once the mattress, power base, or flat foundation delivery reaches the nearest delivery hub to your delivery address, a member of their delivery team should reach out to schedule a date for delivery that works best for you!
