All products sold by N2 Designs are covered under their Standard Warranty for one year from the date of purchase. N2 Designs warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the warranty period. If the product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, N2 Designs will replace the defective parts of the product, or the product itself, with new or reconditioned parts or products that are functionally equivalent or superior to those originally supplied, by way of a provided RMA from the original manufacturer or supplier from which the product originates. The Standard Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or abuse of the product.

N2 Designs offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Eligible returns received within the policy period can be fully refunded if the refund meets the criteria: Returns must be complete, unopened, and unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Any device that appears to have any device information label tampered with will not be eligible for a refund and is considered tampering. The same applies to any wiring, harnesses, cables, or adapters that have been unwrapped and/or modified. Buyer pays return shipping and refunds are given upon a complete product condition inspection.
