What is Saatva's shipping policy?

White glove delivery is the Saatva service standard and comes free with every mattress, bedroom furniture, and rug order. Saatva hand-delivers your mattress and sets it up in the room of your choice. They also take away your old mattress and foundation if you select the "free mattress & foundation removal" at checkout-all at no extra charge. Typically, mattress orders are delivered from their factories within a 9-21 day time frame, depending on your zip code. Their bedroom furniture is also hand-delivered and assembled (if applicable) and bedroom rugs are delivered and set up in the room of your choice (rug area must be cleared of furniture by customer prior to delivery).

Does Saatva ship outside of the United States?

Saatva doesn't have direct shipping channels outside of the continental United States, but you're welcome to use a freight forwarder. They can deliver at no cost to a freight forwarder in the U.S. of your choosing. From there, you'd make transportation arrangements with them.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, just give them a call at 1-866-419-2873 prior to your scheduled delivery day. Saatva will not charge a cancellation fee if you call before your scheduled delivery.

What is Saatva's warranty policy?

Saatva offers a Lifetime Warranty for Mattresses. Saatva warrants that your Saatva mattress will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential care and use, for as long as you, the original purchaser, own it. If your Saatva mattress is deemed defective: For the first 2 years of the Friends for Life warranty, Saatva will replace your mattress with a new one at absolutely no charge to you. Starting in year 3 and for as long as you own your mattress, Saatva will completely repair and re-cover your Saatva mattress. You will be responsible only for a $149 processing fee. Separately, and solely at your option, Saatva offers an unprecedented Fairness Replacement Option should your bed be deemed defective.
