All of their products are available with a free standard shipping option except in Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping fees for Alaska and Hawaii will depend on which product and size you're interested in. Please reach out to them at 877-842-2586, and they'll be happy to help you determine the amount of any shipping fees applicable to your order. They know you're excited to get your T&N goodies, so their team (and shipping partners) work diligently to process and deliver orders as soon as possible. Generally, they estimate orders to ship within 4 business days of being ordered and to be delivered within 2 business weeks with FedEx Ground. During the holiday season, please be mindful that longer-than-anticipated shipping and delivery can happen. The only exception is their baselogic Adjustable Bases, which are delivered via their partners at RXO, generally within 2-4 weeks. RXO will usually reach out within 5 business days of your order being placed to schedule a delivery date with you based on when they anticipate receiving your base from them.

If the product is unused and still in its original packaging, they will send a pre-paid shipping label or help facilitate a free pickup. When an item has been opened or used, they encourage donation, and many organizations around the country accept their gently used products. They want T&N goods that still have plenty of life in them to find new homes and not go to waste. When an item is still in its original packaging and has not been used, they can arrange return shipping or pickup. For smaller goods, such as bedding and wellness accessories, they will send you a prepaid FedEx shipping label to ship the items back to them. For larger goods, such as foundations/frames and mattresses, they can help set up a free pickup with one of their partners. They will send prepaid shipping labels for small, unopened accessories (i.e., bedding and wellness products). These labels should be printed out, attached to the package, and dropped off at any FedEx facility or drop-off location. Large, unopened returns (i.e., mattresses or frames/foundations) will require pickup from FedEx, CEVA (frames), or one of their other pickup partners. They can help facilitate these pickups, which will come at no cost to you.

Your new Tuft & Needle Original T&N, Mint, or Hybrid mattress is covered by a 10-year limited warranty, which gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, but those vary from state to state. This Limited Warranty is not transferable and covers you only if you are the original purchaser and current owner of the Tuft & Needle mattress for which you are seeking recourse under the Warranty, and you purchased it directly from an authorized Tuft & Needle distribution channel. Namely, the website at TN.COM, Amazon.com, or authorized retailers, including Lowe's and Crate & Barrel, and it is used solely for ordinary household use. The Limited Warranty thus only applies during the period in which the mattress is owned and controlled by the original purchaser of that mattress. Please retain your purchase receipt so that you can present it to them if necessary. In addition, because they cannot handle international shipping and logistics expenses, your mattress must be in the United States at the time you wish to take advantage of the Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty is limited to material defects resulting from defective materials or workmanship in the Product you have purchased.

Yes. If within the first 100 nights of receiving delivery of your new Tuft & Needle MATTRESS, TOPPER, or DOG BED you're not completely satisfied—for any reason—you may return it for a full refund. Please note that if you return a product under their 100-Night Trial Policy that they originally shipped to an address in Alaska or Hawaii, they will be unable to refund the shipping fees that you paid for the original delivery. Your returned MATTRESS, TOPPER, or DOG BED will likely be donated to charity. If a pickup of your Tuft & Needle mattress is necessary, Tuft & Needle will cover the related charges. However, because they cannot handle international shipping and logistics expenses, your mattress must be in the United States at the time you wish to take advantage of the 100-Night Trial Policy.
