The RTA Discount Code - October 2026

Yes. The RTA store offers military members and veterans in the form of an additional discount, a free item, or extra rewards. Just verify your military status. Military/veteran perks cannot be combined with professional discounts. A minimum purchase of $1500 applies.

With their new program, you can collect points and redeem them for dollars off a future purchase.

The RTA store provides a guaranteed price match & beat by 5% savings.

The RTA Store will replace or repair kitchen cabinets that have been subject to defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of 20 years. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser, for residential applications only. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the discretion of The RTA Store, and does not include labor for removal or replacement.

If your order is shipping with a freight company, you must be home for the delivery; if not, the freight company won't be able to deliver, and they will charge you a re-delivery fee. Larger cabinet and full kitchen orders will be shipped with a common freight carrier (the freight carrier will be determined when your order is ready for shipment, and you will be emailed this info with your shipment confirmation). Smaller cabinets and accessories will be shipped with FedEx or UPS Ground. After receiving your shipment, you will have thirty (30) days to inspect your order for concealed damage and report any issues to them.

As long as the item you wish to return is in the original, unopened packaging and is not one of the non-returnable items, you would just need to contact customer service within 15 days of your delivery. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items, and you would be responsible for the return shipping. Once received back, you will be refunded the price you paid for the sample(s), not including any expedited shipping charges you added to your order. The refund will be processed in the same way you placed the order (credit card, PayPal, check, etc). If it has been more than 60 days from your date of purchase, a refund will have to be issued in the form of a check; if you have a PayPal account, it can also be emailed to you.

Yes. After your order ships, customer service will email you a shipment confirmation, which includes all your shipping information.
