Yes. They offer a 10% discount for new customers on their first order.

They ship their orders to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and most international countries. Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12 PM PST (excluding holidays) will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on a weekend or holiday will be shipped within 2-3 business days. They offer free standard shipping on orders $75+ that are shipped within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska but excluding US territories. Free shipping promotion cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other offer. Exclusions apply such as (but not limited to) purchases of personal items, hats, and other lifestyle items. Free shipping can be applied to these items if purchased with other apparel items. If you choose 2-Day or Overnight shipping, regular shipping fees will apply. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. They cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered by the carrier. If you would like to require a signature for your delivery, or if you have any concerns, please contact their customer service prior to placing your order. Please note that personal items such as (but not limited to) eye masks, hats, socks, and scrunchies are excluded from their current free shipping promotion unless purchased with an apparel piece or other eligible products.

Returns are processed through their online returns center, where a prepaid shipping label will be generated. The $8.99 return shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. Returns must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. Returns submitted between 15–21 days are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Refunds and store credits are processed within 10 business days of the warehouse receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1–3 business days for funds to reflect on your statement. Please note that they can only process returns of items purchased directly from their website. All returned items must have original tags attached and must not be worn or washed.

They currently offer the ability to exchange for the same style in a new size/color, free of charge. All items must have tags attached and be in good condition. Worn or washed items will not be accepted. Your "new" exchange order is only placed once the returned item is scanned by FedEx. They recommend doing so as soon as possible to ensure the item does not sell out.
