Grohe cannot ship to PR, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses, or internationally at this time. Order processing may take up to 2 business days. After your order ships, it will be delivered within the specified timeframe. Shipping options may vary based on the delivery address. Small package carrier or LTL (Less Than Truck Load) Carrier delivery will occur during normal business hours, Monday-Friday. Grohe does not require a signature for this type of delivery. If you are ordering large items (tub, multiple toilets/sinks, etc), your order will be shipped via truck instead of a small package carrier.

Small packages will be shipped via FedEx standard within the US, and it is estimated to arrive in 3-7 business days. Large packages that weigh more than 150 lbs will be shipped via carrier based on logistical determination, predominantly XPO Logistics. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date/time.

In the rare event that Grohe processes an order incorrectly or you receive damaged or defective merchandise, Grohe will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at Grohe's expense within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact Grohe to report the damage of a recent order or to report missing items from your order.

At the company's discretion, Grohe will repair or replace any part or finish that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service. Replaced products or parts are warranted only for the period remaining under the initial warranty at the time of replacement. For Commercial warranties, standard batteries, Aquatunes, F-Digital, GROHE Blue, and Touch are not included in the warranty.

Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including your sales receipt, a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, finish, purchase date, installation date, and from whom the product was purchased. All authorized refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order to return the product to Grohe's distribution center from contiguous and non-contiguous USA will be deducted from the total refund amount. An additional fee of $20 per order will be deducted from the refund amount for returns shipped from Alaska and Hawaii. An additional large item freight fee will be deducted from the refund amount for authorized returns of these items: Bathtub, Shower wall & door returns, a freight fee of $100 per item will be deducted from the refund amount. For Alaska and Hawaii, a freight fee of $150 per item will be deducted from the refund amount. Toilet returns: a freight fee of $40 per item will be deducted from the refund amount. For Alaska and Hawaii, a freight fee of $65 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
