When a referred friend makes a purchase using your referral link on Vivosun and does not cancel the order within 30 days, you will earn 5 Vivosun points for every dollar your friend spends. Every 100 Vivosun points is equivalent to $1, which can be deducted from the total order price or used to redeem products.

For credit card refunds, they'll begin issuing your refund once they've received notification that you have returned your items. Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

Returns or replacements must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. To expedite the refund review process, please keep the return package intact and provide pictures. Please contact them before returning any products, as unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund. If your order included gifts, please ensure that they are returned together with the main product, otherwise, they will not be able to provide a full refund.
