Although they are unable to accept returned plants and trees, their Alive & Thrive Guarantee covers any issues with your plants within the timeframe designated at checkout. This helps them keep all of their plants healthy, and allows them to protect the plants and trees at their nursery from any pests or disease a plant may have come into contact with after it leaves their property. Get in touch with them via email, and their team will review your concerns and, if necessary, provide you with a one-time replacement. Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping or tax fees. If you have an issue with your plant or tree, please give them a call as soon as possible so they can provide expert assistance and work to provide a replacement if needed. Rather than send your plant back, they encourage you to make the world a little greener - find a spot to plant it, compost it, or share it with a friend! Garden supplies and hard goods are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, including fertilizers, planting mixes, planting kits, containers, tools, hoses and watering bags. Please ensure items are in their original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. There is no restocking fee for garden supplies returns.

Your order may ship immediately, however most orders ship in 1-2 business days (they do not ship on the weekends) from the date of purchase. As noted on the website, some items are seasonal, and may only ship in spring or fall. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. The number of days in transit once your order leaves their nursery will vary depending on your location. Typically, orders take between 1-5 days from the time they leave their nursery to get to their new forever homes. To get your plants to you as soon as possible, you may receive multiple shipments if you ordered more than one plant. Shipping schedules can change due to unforeseen events, such as unpredictable weather. They appreciate your patience. If you would like to postpone or reschedule your ship date, just call them and they can send your plants out at a more convenient time for you. If you are sending plants as a gift or need them quicker than normal, they encourage you to place your order by phone.

If you have any questions, concerns, or even just compliments, you can connect with them by calling (800) 973-8959. Reach out to them and they'll respond as soon as they can.
