ULTRAVIEW Discount Code - October 2026

To initiate a return with ULTRAVIEW, please ensure you notify them within 14 days of receiving the product. They accept returns for any reason, excluding damage caused by the customer. Please note that they only process returns for products purchased directly from ULTRAVIEW. If the product was purchased from a ULTRAVIEW retailer, they recommend retailers adhere to the same 14-day return policy. For customers within the US, they will provide a return shipping label. However, for international customers, the responsibility for shipping costs lies with the customer. Returned items must be in their original packaging and a condition suitable for resale. Gift cards and downloadable software products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Upon receipt of your return, they will conduct an inspection and notify you via email. Following the inspection, they will inform you of the refund approval status. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days.

You can call them at 470-563-7100 (8:30 am - 3:30 pm EST). Their team enjoys the U.S. holidays off. You can expect a reply within one business day.

Eligible ULTRAVIEW products are guaranteed against manufacturer and material defects for their entire active lifetime. Damage caused by misuse or mishandling is not covered.
