They offer free Standard Shipping for domestic orders over $400, except where UPS Ground deliveries are unavailable. This is calculated after all discounts have been applied to the order. A flat rate of $10 is charged for Standard Shipping for domestic orders under $400. Their processing period for orders placed with the Standard Shipping service is 2-5 business days. Their shipping carrier services are unable to support delivery to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses. They are unable to support delivery to freight forwarding companies. Please select a secure shipping location when placing your order. Loeffler Randall cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address. Loeffler Randall is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as inclement weather, carrier service disruptions, or customs delays. Orders valued over $500 before discounts will require a direct signature upon delivery. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin their processing period on the next business day (Monday-Friday). They do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales times may alter your processing or delivery time frame.

They will gladly accept returns of orders that are non-final sale for a full refund within 14 days from the time of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. All return requests made after 14 days from delivery will be denied. Please note that all returns will be charged a standard $10 processing fee for domestic online returns. When returning items, they ask that you kindly use the shipping label provided to you through their returns process so that they are able to better track your return. Visit their Returns and Exchanges page to print a label. Items that show visible wear will be rejected and returned to the sender. Visible wear can include dirt, dust, fraying, and matting of the new leather outsoles. They ask that you take extra care when trying on their shoes, wear them on a soft, clean surface (a towel, rug, or carpet, etc.), and avoid wearing them outdoors until you've decided that they are right for you.

Please keep a record of your return tracking number. You will receive a refund within 10-12 business days from the time they receive your return. Please note that all returns will be charged a standard $10 processing fee for domestic online returns. This processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns can take up to 10-12 business days after delivery to process at their warehouse. Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued. You will receive a confirmation email of your refund. Refunds take between 4-7 business days to reflect with your financial institution.
