Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET ship out the same business day. Orders placed after that will ship the next business day. They ship with UPS or USPS. They don't ship to PO Boxes — orders with a PO Box will be canceled. Delivery estimates begin the business day after your order ships. UPS Ground: 1–4 business days. USPS Economy: 3–10 business days. If you are located in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, shipping may take 7 to 14 business days or longer, depending on the carrier and service. They offer international shipping via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. Check with your local customs office for details. If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, they've got you covered. They'll send a replacement if the item is still in stock. If it's not available, you can choose another item of equal value, or they'll notify you when it's back in stock.

Tinybot.com accepts returns on full roll orders, merch, and tools/accessories. All sales of cut-size (anything under a full roll) are final and cannot be returned. To qualify for a return, full rolls must be unused and in good condition. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns are inspected upon arrival. If an item is not returned in its original condition, a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. You're also responsible for making sure the return is packaged safely. If extra protection is needed, please prepare accordingly. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be refunded. After a refund is issued, it may take 3–10 business days to appear on your original payment method. If your return meets the general requirements, just contact them with your order to begin the return process.
