All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged from the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for complete processing.

All returned merchandise must be in clean, new, resalable, unused, undamaged condition, securely and correctly repacked in original box and packing materials. A valid return authorization number (RA#) is required and must appear on the outside of the package for easy identification. They reserve the right to reject a return or refund if the customer fails to follow the proper return procedures, the item remains in customer's possession, customer fails to provide error or defect in product, customer refuses to pay return shipping costs, or the item is returned 30 days after authorization. A restocking fee of 20% may apply to products returned without authorization, items in used or damaged condition, and patterns with low sales volume or infrequent demand.

They apologize for any inconvenience, but they are unable to process refunds on sales tax exemptions. They will gladly take your order and provide you with an invoice once your order has shipped, so you can file for a refund with your state and/or local tax authorities. Please contact your state and local tax authorities or visit their website for the applicable refund form for your state/locality.

They offer international shipping to most locations. However, please note that international orders must be placed via phone through their customer care team. You may reach a representative by calling 1-800-274-7006, and they will be happy to assist you in completing your order. Please be advised that they do not have a standard freight charge for international shipments. An estimate for transit will be provided at the time of order placement. The final shipping cost will be confirmed once your order is prepared for shipment, with any necessary adjustments made if the actual freight cost differs from the initial estimate.
