The North Face will process orders within one working day. Deliveries will be made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed on or before 10.59 am will be dispatched the same day, while orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. It's about 1-4 business days to arrive. Delivery times are estimated from the moment the orders are dispatched.

All goods are dispatched from The North Face's warehouse based in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. Goods can be shipped to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Please note that you will need to order from the country of the online shop you plan to ship to.

You can click this link and enter your order ID and the email you used for your order, or if you are a registered user, you can go to your Order History under "My Account". It can take the carrier between 24 and 48 hours to update the tracking information in their system after you have received the shipping confirmation email. If you click on your tracking number and there is no information available, please check back later.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, The North Face will either repair the product without charge, replace the product (as long as the same item is still available), or credit the product at The North Face's discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over an extended time and use. The North Face is currently unable to process repairs for items not covered under the terms of The North Face's warranty policy.

If you are not satisfied or have simply changed your mind about the product(s), The North Face will accept your return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Products must be handled and kept with care and returned in their original state and packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. If your handling of the product(s) results in a decrease of their commercial value, The North Face may proportionally reduce The North Face's refund to you.

In case of returns for change of mind or for faulty goods, you will be fully reimbursed to your original form of payment, including possible shipping costs. If you have purchased more than one product in an order and returned just one or some of them, The North Face will reimburse you the pro-rata share of the total shipping costs you may have paid. For example, if you had purchased 3 items and returned 2 of them, The North Face will reimburse you 2/3 of the total shipping costs you've paid.

Your refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) you have returned are inspected and accepted by The North Face's team. Once your return has been correctly accepted and processed, you will receive an email confirmation stating that your refund has been released to your original form of payment. If there's anything wrong with your return (e.g., products not corresponding to your purchase, products returned with a decreased commercial value, etc.), The North Face will inform you via email, and The North Face might even return the item to you. The whole process, from when you have printed the return label to when the refund is visible on your account, can take up to 14 days. Please note that the timing for the refund may vary depending on the original payment method used.
