eFootwear offers flat-rate shipping on orders under $120, except orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories. eFootwear only ships within the United States and to US Territories and the US Military. The UPS 2nd Day shipping option is also available. Orders will ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) - usually the next business day. Orders received after 10 am on a business day may not go out until the following business day. Day one of the shipment is the first day after UPS pickup. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

Please complete the "Returns and Exchanges" section of your order receipt (included with your order). If you are choosing to exchange your shoe for another size, be sure to indicate this on the form. eFootwear only accepts shoes for exchange that are in new condition. When testing the fit of your new shoes, please try them on over a clean surface to ensure they remain in new condition. Please return items in their original box along with any tags and/or accessories. Don't forget to include your completed "Returns and Exchanges" request. Please do not tape or affix a shipping label or postage directly to the shoe box. To ensure proper credit & no restocking fee, please wrap the shoe box in paper/plastic or place everything securely into a separate box before affixing postage. Returns that are not received in their original, new condition (including the shoe box) may be subject to a $15.00 restocking fee. You should put the prepaid USPS label on your package and give it to your postal person or drop it off at any post office. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), eFootwear will process your Exchange and ship the new size at no cost to you.

Yes, by using the tracking service provided by UPS or USPS. You will receive it via email on the day your package is shipped. If you can't find your tracking information or the email, please contact eFootwear for help.

You may print out and fill out eFootwear's FAX form along with your money order or cashier's check, and send it to eFootwear, 4221 Edgmont Ave, Brookhaven, PA 19015.

eFootwear accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Google Checkout. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you have placed your order. When your transaction is processed, the amount of the sale will be withdrawn from your account, and the original "hold" will be voided.
