Returnable items can be returned within 21 days from shipment date. Returns must be completed by mail:
1. Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging with all tags attached. Item packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, warranty cards, accessories, and dust bags.
2. Each item must be returned to a specific location.
3. Please only include items that are listed on the return slip and label provided when you requested the return. Including other items may result in delays in processing your refund.
4. Please be aware that they may not be able to process refunds for items not on the return slip and may not be able to return such items to you.
5. Rue La La has no responsibility for any non-Rue La La items included in a Rue La La return.
They offer two refund options for returnable merchandise:
1. You can select to return for merchandise credit and enjoy free return shipping. (Note: Air-shipping rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii.)
2. You can select to return for a refund to the original form of payment and pay an $11.99 return fee.

Rue La La will begin processing your return as soon as it is delivered to their warehouse. You will receive an email letting you know that they have received your return. Once accepted and processed, you will see your Rue La La merchandise credit appear on your Rue La La account within 3-5 business days. If you opted for a refund to the original form of payment (less $11.99 return fee), you will see your refund within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Where they issue a refund and subsequently determine in their discretion that your return did not comply with their return policy and/or was the result of fraud, they reserve the right to recharge your payment method on file for the merchandise.

As they work so quickly to ship you your order, it is usually not possible for them to make changes once you've placed it. They cannot make any changes to your billing address, payment method or shipping type (standard, expedited) once the order is placed. If you purchased your order using Apple Pay, PayPal, or Afterpay, they will not be able to make any changes to the shipping address. If your order already shows shipped, they will not be able to cancel your order.

Products on Rue La La are available in very limited quantities for only a short time. Because of this, they are unable to offer exchanges. Their 21-day Returns Your Way policy allows you to easily send it back if it's less than what you'd hoped for. You may be able to place a new order for an alternate size and return your original purchase, as long as all of the following conditions can be satisfied:
1. The original purchase was not the final sale.
2. The original item can be returned within their returns guidelines.
3. The alternate item is still available in an open Boutique.
