Members who join their subscription service can return items for exchange of size free of charge, but there is a $25 fee if you are returning for exchange of different items or a refund. Please fold the clothes neatly, and do not force clothes into the padded envelope. If they can not be neatly folded in the USPS padded envelope, please use the original packing box or the branded poly mailer. Members will be charged for clothing returned in unsalable conditions. All returns/exchanges must be in unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged condition. All tags must be attached. Refunds are not available. If you request to cancel your subscription after the renewal date and payment has been processed, the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
