You have 30 days to return products to Netsilla.com. Just make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging. They're dedicated to reducing their environmental impact, so they don't offer free returns. This policy helps them lower their carbon footprint by minimizing unnecessary returns and their related shipping and packaging. For returns, you can either send the product back to them on your own or request a prepaid shipping label. Please note, that if you choose the pre-paid label, its cost will be charged to you. Other than this shipping cost, there are no additional fees for returns. They believe this approach fosters more thoughtful purchasing and aligns with their environmental commitments. Should the product be utilized beyond its original condition or if the packaging is missing when returned to them, they reserve the right to charge for the diminished value incurred.
