Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing major contents may be denied a return. Apparel must not be worn or laundered, and its original tags must be attached for them to accept a return. For returns by mail, once they receive your return, they will process it within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 10 days after they process the return to reflect on your account.

Tap on the order number to see your order details. Then look for the Cancel button next to the item you'd like to cancel. You can cancel items as long as they haven't started the shipping process. This is usually within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Best Buy offers free standard shipping on orders $35 and up. On qualifying items, free shipping will be noted on the product page and in your cart, along with an estimated date of arrival. The $35 order total is after coupons and before taxes and does not include select digital downloads, e-gift cards, special orders, items listed as specialty items, scheduled delivery items, and any items canceled or removed from the order. They also offer free 2-day shipping for My Best Buy Plus and My Best Buy Total members.

While online, find a qualifying product that you want BestBuy.com to price match. Make sure the product you would like to price match is an immediately available new product and is identical to their Qualified Competitor's product (it must be a matching brand with identical model number and color). Connect with them via Best Buy Chat. Please be prepared to direct them to the ad or website that is displaying the current lower price you would like to match. You can also call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289) for a BestBuy.com price match request.

The Best Buy Trade-In Program offers a convenient way for you to bring used electronics to trade in for Best Buy Gift Cards, credit back on a purchase, or credit back on installment billing. You must be 18 years old or older (except in AL or NE, 19 or older) to take advantage of the program.

You can see each product's estimated arrival date on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided. Entering your shipping destination ZIP code or allowing BestBuy.com to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify them during your return and exchange time period. Please note that based on size, weight, or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.
