Native Shoes Discount Code - October 2026

The refer-a-friend program is a way to get the friends into Native Shoes and you can also get some awards. You can send a link to your friend to get them 15% off their first order, and when they make a purchase you get 15% off your next one.

They are unable to accept returns on shoes with tags removed, show signs of outside wear or without the original shoe box. They recommend trying on your shoes indoors and on a soft surface to ensure return eligibility. Purchases from the Last Chance/Sale category are a final sale and not eligible for return.

Once received back at their warehouse it takes their teams 7 – 10 business days to process and issue your refund. Once issued, you will receive an email notifying you and can expect to see those funds posted back to your credit card in the next 3 - 5 business days, depending on your financial institution. Your refund will be issued at the time of your return, but may take 1-2 business days to be reflected based on credit card processing times and your financial institution.

They offer free standard shipping for their USA based email subscribers. Standard is available for $8.99 (or free for newsletter subscribers), with an estimated delivery in 5-8 business days. Priority shipping is available for $12.99 with an estimated delivery in 5 business days. Express shipping is available for $24.99 with an estimated delivery in 2-4 business days. All orders ship from their warehouse in California, with an estimated processing time of 1 - 2 business days. If an order is placed after 12 PM, on a weekend or holiday, it will begin processing the next business day. At this time, they do not offer shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. While PO Boxes are permitted, please note that Priority and Express Shipping will not be available for such orders.

They extend a warranty against any manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship for up to a year from the day your shoes are received. In order to submit any and all warranty claims, they do require both a proof of purchase and images of the issue. Claims submitted without these details may not be accepted by their teams. Please note that Native Shoes reserves the right to decline any warranty for any reason. Please note that issues related to fit or sizing are not covered under their warranty. To make sure your shoes are right for you they recommend trying your shoes indoors on a soft surface before removing any tags or disposing of any packaging.
