Return your phone within seven days of delivery. Make sure your phone has less than 25 minutes in total cumulative talk time and does not show any signs of use, like scratches or scuffs on the phone's exterior, visible wear on buttons, ports, etc. Please return with the complete original manufacturer's packaging, in the same condition as sold, with all literature, accessories, instructions, blank warranty cards, documentation, and any other items that came with the phone upon delivery.

All new devices purchased from their website come with a one-year manufacturer warranty from the original date of sale. All refurbished devices purchased from their website come with a 60-day warranty from the original date of sale. If your device is defective, please follow the return instructions listed above to see if it's eligible for a warranty replacement. If eligible, they will replace the defective device with a device of the same cosmetic condition or comparable model at their discretion.

When you purchase a phone directly from Mint Mobile, it's locked to their network. This means it won't accept SIM cards from any other carriers and you can't use it on another wireless carrier's network until it is unlocked. Per their current policy, Mint Mobile phones will automatically be unlocked 60 days after activation on their network. There are certain requirements your phone must meet to qualify for unlocking, mainly to protect yourself and them from any fraudulent activity. The 60-day timeline also does not apply to deployed military personnel.

You can sign up for Mint Mobile's newsletter to be the first to know about their promotions. Alternatively, you can find their latest deals on their deals page.

You'll get renewal credit for up to four referrals per calendar year, but if you want to keep referring because you're awesome that way, go for it. Your friend will get their $15 once they have purchased and activated.
