They ship their in-stock products the same or the next day the order was placed. If you cancel your order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping & handling costs and a restocking fee of up to 20%. Once an order is cancelled by the customer, the company will refund the full amount of the order or an agreed upon amount immediately. All cancellations must be in writing and with acknowledgment of receipt from their company. Credit card companies charge 4% to process orders, those fees are not refundable in an event of cancellations, exchanges, etc. Orders for "Made-to-Order" items can be canceled within 7 days of placing the order for a full refund. After the 7-day window, cancellations will incur a 25% restocking fee to account for materials and production costs.

You may return items within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and double-boxed. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Customers cover return shipping costs and must insure the item for its full value. If the item arrives damaged at their warehouse, a deduction will be made from the refund. For returns due to defects, damage, or color variation, email them with 2–3 photos of the issue for return authorization. Items must include all original accessories and packaging. Email [email protected] for an RMA number before returning. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Refunds/exchanges are processed within 1-2 business days after inspection. Customers cover all outbound shipping costs for exchanges. If an item had "free shipping," the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Ship items within 2 business days of authorization. Email the return tracking number to [email protected], or the refund will not be processed. If the item is damaged in return transit, the customer must file a freight claim with the carrier.
