Yes. If you find a lower price online within 14 days of your purchase, they'll match it. They only have a few requirements to activate the price match. The item must be identical (same manufacturer, same model number, same warranty). The competitor has to be an authorized online retailer by the manufacturer. They do not currently price match showrooms, big box stores (like Home Depot/Lowes), retailers outside of the US or unauthorized retailers. The request has to be made within 14 days of the purchase date. They need to see proof of the lower price (you can send them a screenshot or a link to view it).

They ship to any state in the US as well as Southern Canadian Territories. They have a flat rate shipping fee and ship many of their lines with no duty and brokerage fees. They ship via FedEx/UPS ground service. If you need a product more quickly, please contact their customer service team to discuss expedited shipping options (expedited shipping is not always possible). They offer free shipping on many brands. For all other lines, for orders under $49, they have a flat rate of $14.99 when shipping within the US and Canada. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska incur a destination surcharge of $50 on any order. The $50 fee is in addition to the $14.99 flat rate for orders under $49. For orders shipping to Canada, the customer is responsible for all duties, brokerage, and taxes unless the manufacturing line is part of their Preferred Supplier List. Please view Preferred Suppliers for Canada.

Items received within the last 30 days. Items in their original condition, uninstalled and unaltered. They provide a pre-generated shipping label; a 10% return fee will be deducted from your refund. Please Note: This option is not available for items shipped via Freight Truck or for items shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada. Once the merchandise is received back at their warehouse, it will be checked in and thoroughly inspected. Upon inspection approval, your refund will be processed, and you will receive a refund confirmation email for your records. Typically, the credit will be issued within 5-10 business days from the item being received back at the warehouse. Once the funds have been released, the bank processing time is approximately 3-5 business days thereafter.
