Industry West Discount Code - October 2026

Yes. They offer a 15% discount for new customers on their first purchase.

In-stock items are delivered within 7 to 10 business days of your order. You must accept the delivery within 24 hours of contact by the carrier team. If you are unable to accept, the order will be in danger of being returned and a 20% restock fee will apply as well as return shipping costs. Backordered products have a minimum lead time of 16 weeks prior to being delivered. Smaller parcels will be sent via a small parcel carrier such as USPS or UPS or on occasion through their freight partner, depending on size. While a single bar stool may ship small parcel, a larger, single armchair may ship freight. Curbside delivery is pre-scheduled with the freight partner and available in the contiguous 48 states. Industry West charges a flat 15% fee for all shipping. Certain large items will also incur an additional $350 handling fee. Industry West now has a full site dedicated to their Canadian customers! Shop in CAD, without any extra fees, duties, or taxes due upon delivery. No need for a broker or additional paperwork. Just shop and wait for your shipment to arrive!

They kindly ask their customers to open and inspect all products within fourteen (14) days of receipt. They will gladly accept returns provided you report any issues within this initial 2-week time frame. Please keep original packaging if you are considering a return. Retail and sale prices at the time of checkout are final. Refunds will not be honored if a retail price is reduced after the time of purchase. Please note, that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and the shipment of a return is to be independently arranged by the customer. There will be a 10% restocking fee once they have received the item(s). Unfortunately, they cannot accept returns of sales merchandise, or issue credits or exchanges if there is any evidence of excessive wear-and-tear. Canceled orders are subject to a 15% fee, including orders canceled due to shipping delays.

Industry West offers a five-year warranty to the original purchaser upon presenting proof of purchase. Within this five-year warranty period, Industry West will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product, part, or component that fails under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. The replacement or repair will be made with a comparable product, part, or component. To submit a claim, a written notice must be sent to [email protected] within the warranty period and within fourteen (14) days of discovering the defect. Trade + Contract customers should send their inquiries to [email protected]. Photographs of the issue may be required to process the warranty claim. This warranty is valid only for the original purchasers who bought the product directly from Industry West or its authorized resellers. Any misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product voids the warranty. The warranty period starts on the date of receiving product.

Promotion code sales cannot be applied to previous orders or stacked on top of additional promotion codes or Industry West's existing trade discounts. Ethnicraft, Four Hands, Jamie Young Co., Linie Design, and Lyon Beton items are excluded from all sales.
