PatioLiving Discount Code - October 2026

Most items sold through Net Retailers are covered by warranties provided by the product's manufacturer. While Net Retailers does not directly provide warranties for the products they sell, they are here to support you with any issues that may arise during the warranty period. If you encounter any problems with a product that includes a manufacturer's warranty, please reach out to them. Please review the item detail page of the product for warranty details. They will work with you to resolve the issue or connect you directly with the manufacturer for assistance.

All cancellations must be submitted via the "Contact Us" page. Net Retailers will make every effort to cancel the order but cannot guarantee that the request will be honored. Orders must be canceled before they are processed, placed into production, or shipped. Some exceptions may apply. If your purchase is subject to restocking fees and the order has already been placed into production or shipped, the applicable restocking fee will apply.

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for either refund or site credit. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging in order to be eligible for return. They must not have been installed or modified and all additional parts, accessories, and instruction manuals must be included. All eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee. Furniture, mirrors, umbrellas, and grills are subject to a 20% restocking fee while lighting, rugs, and other categories are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items marked as special order on product detail page will be subject to additional fees.

If your item has been damaged or is found to be defective, the PatioLiving team is happy to use every reasonable effort to work with you on the best solution. PatioLiving does reserve the right to first attempt repair but is happy to move to replacement or refund in the event a repair cannot be accomplished. In order to receive repair, replacement, or refund, you must contact PatioLiving within 10 days of the delivery to qualify for resolution.

They're proud to provide free shipping on most orders shipped within the contiguous United States. For items shipped outside of the contiguous United States, additional freight costs and handling fees will apply, in which case they will use their preferred carriers to guarantee the least possible costs to you. You will always be able to review your shipping costs before checkout. Additional shipping surcharges may be assessed for remote shipping locations, highly congested locations, toll heavy locations, locations that require a ferry crossing or islands.
