If you buy a qualifying watch from Bulova.com or would like to purchase a watch on Bulova.com and have found the same watch for a better price at one of their authorized online retailers, a price match request may be submitted via the CONTACT US page. Select "Question about a product". Please submit the website link of the authorized online retailer + a screenshot for validation. Upon approval, Bulova will contact you with further instructions. A price match may be requested before your Bulova.com purchase, or up to 14 days after your Bulova.com purchase date for a price adjustment, which will be credited back to your original form of payment.

It generally takes up to 2 business days to have your watch bracelet band sized. Bulova's experienced technicians size the watches by hand, upon order, especially for you. Once the watch has been sized and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping email notification with the tracking details. Please note that all expedited shipping requests will follow the above sizing timeframe before shipping.

Bulova does not offer international shipping. Orders placed on bulova.com/us must have a ship-to and a bill-to address within the US. Bulova is unable to process any orders outside the US, as they will be automatically cancelled within their system.

If you would like to return your Bulova.com purchase, you may initiate your return within 30 days of delivery, and it must be in original condition (unworn, with all Bulova packaging/inserts, and any removed links included). Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it has arrived at Bulova's facility. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction, and may take an additional 7-10 days to appear, depending on your financial institution/issuer. Gift Cards & Expedited shipping charges (UPS 2-Day & UPS Overnight) are non-refundable.

Yes! Your new Caravelle timepiece is warranted to the owner for three full years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty excludes the battery, strap, and excessive wear or damage to the case, crystal, or bracelet, and does not protect against water damage if the model is not marked water-resistant.

As soon as your purchase ships, Bulova will email you a shipping confirmation, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, when it arrives, if there is a discrepancy in your order, or if you encounter any problems with your watch, please contact Bulova.
