Boombah Discount Code - October 2026

All returns require a return authorization number which must be present on the outside of the return package. Please request your return authorization number and pre-paid UPS return shipping label using their online returns portal. They do not refund shipping charges on returned items. Return shipments must be delivered back to Boombah within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns received after this time will not be honored. Please return items in the same manner they were shipped to you. All items must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging and must be shipped back in a shipping package. If returning footwear, please remember to ship your shoe box in another shipping box or bag. If items returned are not within these conditions, the return will be refused. Returns are currently processed within 5-7 business days after being received back to Boombah.

If you need to make an exchange of a like item, simply place a new order with their Customer Care Team. You will be charged the purchase price for the new item(s) and shipping method being requested. Once they process your return authorization, they will credit your original form of payment for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Unfortunately, they are unable to issue a refund on your credit card if the purchase was placed with a gift card or other card that you cannot access. All returns are refunded directly to the original method of payment used at check out. They can provide you with a "store credit" for use with Boombah only. Because custom and customized items are made just for you, they are not returnable. Customized items cannot be accepted for return for final color output not matching either the color displayed at the time the mockup was confirmed, or not matching other items ordered. Clearance items are not eligible to return or exchange. All return authorizations totaling $250.00 and greater will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Most items come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, with several exceptions. Clearance items and all bats (unless otherwise specified) are sold as-is with no warranty, and pants are not covered due to their intended use. Customized garments and special-order items — including customized uniforms, hemmed pants, and special orders — are non-returnable. At their discretion, they will either repair defective items or provide a one-time replacement. For defects covered under the 90-day warranty, Boombah will cover return shipping costs if the item must be sent back for inspection, and replacements will be issued once the return is processed; proof of defect is required. Items damaged or mishandled by a third party are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Currently, they process UPS Ground (Business Delivery) and UPS Ground (Home Delivery) orders within 1–3 business days, and the day of shipment does not count as a shipping day. If any problem occurs with your order upon delivery, please contact them immediately, as discrepancies discovered more than 7 days after you receive your order will not be accepted. For Canadian orders, all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are included at checkout, so no extra charges will be owed upon delivery. UPS Ground (Expedited) shipping provides same-day processing for orders placed before 12:00 PM CST from Monday to Friday, while orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day, with standard UPS Ground transit times still applying.

They accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American express, and Paypal.
