Your Sweat Collective discount will only apply to regular-priced products online and in store. Sweat Collective members can pay by credit card or Apple Pay only for online transactions (no gift cards, Klarna, Afterpay or PayPal). Gift cards can be used in combination with your discount at any of their stores, or by connecting with their Virtual Shopping team.

An order can be cancelled within 60 minutes of it being placed. If you're looking to cancel your order, and it was placed within the last 60 minutes, contact them through phone or Live Chat during operating hours. Due to high volume, there's a chance you may not be able to reach them within the cancellation window. If that's the case, you can start a return once your order arrives.
