BOLLÉ Discount Code - October 2026

Yes. Bollé branded products will be free from defects in materials for the applicable warranty period. This warranty does not cover any defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or repair, extreme weather elements, physical damage, neglect, modification, or alteration. This policy is non-transferable and is only available to the original end-user purchaser.

To get started, please fill out the online warranty claim form. Once your warranty claim form has been submitted, one of Bollé's warranty representatives will review it and respond to you within 5-7 business days. Bolle Brands Inc. reserves the right to request 2 pictures of your product and a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase, and reject claims from customers unable to furnish a valid proof of purchase.

If a warranty claim is made during the applicable warranty period and is approved by Bolle Brands Inc, in its sole discretion, Bolle Brands Inc. reserves the right to replace the product. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and a handling fee of $20. In the event the exact model is no longer available or out of stock, please note that an equivalent replacement product of equal value will be provided. Please note that replacement products provided under this warranty are not eligible for exchange, nor does the replacement of a product under this warranty extend or renew the warranty period of the defective product.

Customers have a period of 30 days following the reception of their order to inform Bollé of their wish to return part or all of their order. You must then return the items to Bollé within 30 days of registering your cancellation in your customer account. Please note that Bollé does not provide a return label.

1. Log in to your account or look up your order using order number, email, and Billing zip code.
2. Then, under the "My Orders" tab, confirm the products you wish to return. If you ordered as a guest, please go to the "Log In" page and complete the "Check Order" form. (should be able to look up order by PO#, email, and billing address)
3. Select the items you want to return, the quantity, as well as the reason for your return.
4. You will then receive a Return Authorization number, which you must write down legibly on the outside of the package.
5. Prepare your package for the return.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. To follow the progress of your order, simply click on the tracking link, which will direct you to the carrier's website where you can follow the different stages of delivery.

If you have ordered a product and it is no longer available, your order will be canceled, and Bollé will issue a refund. You will be notified by email of the cancellation and refund. It will be visible in your bank account within 48 working hours from the moment Bollé proceeds with the refund.
