Lensabl Discount Code - October 2026

All lenses are covered for scratches made during normal use and any coating defects for the first 3 months from the date you receive your lenses. The lens protection plan extends this coverage from 3 months to 12 months. This protection plan does not cover scratches stemming from dropped frames, improper lens care, or lens cleaning with any substance or accessory other than the Lensabl-provided cleaning kit.

If your order qualifies to be fulfilled under Lensabl's lens protection plan, Lensabl will replace your lenses for free and cover the cost of return shipping back to you. You will need to pay for the shipping to Lensabl. If you need to send in your past order for lens protection fulfillment, please email [email protected] with a photo of your scratched lenses, and Lensabl's Customer Support team will advise on the next steps. Please Note: You may only do 1 lens protection plan fulfillment per year (or per item in the order).

Standard shipping (2-4 business days) in the US is done by USPS First Class for the initial box to you and shipping label from you back to Lensabl. For Canada, Lensabl ships orders via USPS Priority International at a standard rate of $35.

Should you wish to exchange your frames for a different size or style, kindly note that you'll bear the return shipping cost to Lensabl. Additionally, there will be charges for a new set of lenses, though Lensabl offers a 25% discount off the MSRP for those lenses. To initiate an exchange, reach out to Lensabl at [email protected] and ask for an RMA # along with the return address.

To check for updates on your order status, simply log into your customer account, navigate to the "my orders" tab, and click on the "view" option for the order that is in process. After accessing the order details, please scroll down to find the order tracker. It will be located further down the page, allowing you to conveniently track the progress of your order. If it has been more than 6 business days since your lenses entered production and you would like to inquire about the status of your order, please email [email protected] for further assistance.

Assuming Lensabl has all of the required prescription information needed to start making your lenses (RX and PD, OCH/SH if applicable), lens production is 4-7 business days on average once your frames arrive at Lensabl's lab. Please note: Anti-fog treatment AR takes an additional 1 week to be applied; All sun-tinted Match Solid or Gradient lenses may take an additional 1-2 weeks; All Sun Polarized Mirrored Lenses and Transitions XrtrActive Mirrored Lenses can take up to an additional 3 weeks beyond Lensabl's standard production time; Strong prescriptions and sports/wrap frames may require slightly longer processing times.

Lensabl accepts all major credit cards, including HSA and FSA, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. You may also choose Affirm as your payment option to pay in installments at checkout, allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase.
