Yes-for life! Their suitcases are guaranteed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that impairs your use of the luggage. If anything breaks, they will provide a repair kit or replacement. They recommend reaching out to them 2-3 weeks prior to travel as all replacement orders are subject to their standard processing and shipping times. Their stores are not able to process replacement orders.

They offer free UPS Ground on all orders over $100 and above shipping to the contiguous US. For orders under $100, the shipping fee is $10. All orders have a 1-2 business day processing time at their warehouse before they hit the road. Once your order leaves their warehouse, how long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping method selected at checkout. If you choose their UPS Ground shipping option, your order will arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location. You'll be charged for items in your order once they ship.

They offer free returns and exchanges on unused items for the first 100 days. They are only able to accept returns on unused items, so please gently test your products at home before traveling with them. To proceed with a return, download a prepaid shipping label. If you'd like to make an exchange or return a store purchase, simply fill out the form and one of their team members will be in touch. If you're returning your order from the US, Canada, or the UK, they'll send you a prepaid return label. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

They accept the following payment methods: Away Gift Card, AMEX, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Interac, JCB, MasterCard, PayPal, Union Pay, and Visa.
