London Pass Discount Code - October 2026

If you're traveling with a group of 20 or more, you may be eligible for a group discount. Fill in and submit a form: Go City Group Sale Request or email at [email protected] to learn more about London Pass' special rates. Please note: some attractions are tricky to visit in big groups, so you may be required to make separate reservations or split up to explore different attractions.

You can submit a claim within 14 days of the last use of your credits package. To do so, you'll need to have purchased directly from London Pass' website and scanned your pass at least three times per day, every day of its validity. You can submit your claim by emailing London Pass at [email protected]. Be sure to provide your order confirmation number (this can be found on your confirmation of purchase email), screenshots of entry prices from the attraction's website or from any other travel websites that prove that the combined cost of attractions you visited would have been cheaper than the cost of The London Pass. London Pass will review your claim and will respond within 7-10 business days.

London Pass' cancellation policy gives you 30 days from your purchase date to return any non-activated passes. You can request a refund via the London Pass' automated chat service. If you purchased before November 1, 2024, you'll still be entitled to their 90-day refund policy.

Once your request has been reviewed, which is usually within 24 hours of receipt, London Pass will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends). If you haven't received your refund after this time, please let London Pass know and London Pass will look into it for you.

The days of the all-inclusive pass are consecutive. Once you activate your pass, this will count as your first full day. You will then have the following consecutive days, depending on the duration you have chosen, to use it. For example, if you have a 3-day pass and activate it on a Tuesday, you'll then have Wednesday and Thursday to visit all your chosen attractions.

London Pass accepts PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and most debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
