If a product is marked with a "Free Shipping" badge or if the total cost of the products in your order is more than $49, your order will generally ship for free! Please take note of the following exclusions:
1. To qualify for free shipping, the total cost of the products in your order must be greater than USD $49.00 after any valid discounts or coupon codes have been applied. Taxes and gift cards will not count toward the $49 order minimum to qualify for free shipping.
2. Free shipping only covers regular ground shipping to locations in the contiguous United States. Other shipping options, such as 2-day shipping or white glove service, may incur additional charges. Products shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, or Canada are not eligible for free shipping.
3. Certain products, such as tiles and some hardware products, may not be eligible for free shipping. Any shipping charges associated with a product will be disclosed in the Shipping & Returns section on the product listing page and in the checkout process.

They currently accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express issued by a US bank, with a billing address based in the United States and Canada. They also accept PayPal and Apple Pay as a payment method, and Afterpay on eligible items. At this time they do not accept credit cards with billing addresses outside the US (with exception to Canada).

They can only guarantee cancellation within 30 minutes after placing the order. You can cancel an order within 30 minutes by going to Your Orders page and selecting the "Cancel Order" button for the order. Note that the option to cancel will only appear for 30 minutes after you place an order. After that point, the order will be processed for delivery to you. If the cancellation button is not available, contact Houzz Customer Support by clicking the "Contact Houzz" or "Contact Seller" button on the Your Orders page and they will try their best to assist. In the event an order cannot be canceled, they can assist with a standard return in which case you are responsible for return shipping fees if the order has already been shipped to you.

If you did not receive your order, please contact Houzz or the Seller within 30 days by clicking on the "Contact Houzz" or "Contact Seller" button on the Your Orders page so they can assist. Please note, neither Houzz nor the Seller is responsible for packages that may have gone missing post-delivery. This includes freight items that may have been delivered with a contactless service where no signature or appointment is required. They highly recommend monitoring your tracking information and reporting any issues with a delivery as soon as possible.

They accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. If you're returning a damaged item that was delivered via freight (such as a sofa or bathroom vanity), your return must be initiated within 5 days of the date of delivery.
