DuoBoots Discount Code - October 2026

Please allow up to 14 working days for returns to be received by their distribution centre and processed from the date of posting. All refunds are processed every Monday and Thursday, so please note it may take 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive an email to confirm your refund, however if after 14 days you have not heard from them, please contact them by web chat or email.

In the event of a return of their product(s), they will accept a return for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within fifteen (15) days of the shipment date and provided such products are returned in their original condition. If the footwear has been worn or damaged (by the dog, whilst doing the school run, running for a bus, or dancing till 2 am) they reserve the right to reject your return. All returned items will undergo a quality check and once your items are deemed new, unused, and in the original packaging, you'll receive an email from them notifying you of your refund or exchanged product delivery. Once received, they try to process returns as soon as possible; however, please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed. You will then receive confirmation by email once your refund has been made. They will refund any money owed to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Funds usually take 3 to 5 working days to clear to your account, however, please allow up to 10 working days, once the return has been processed in the warehouse and then the refund. Your refund will appear on your bank statement as Shopify DuoBoots.
