YouDrugstore Discount Code - October 2026

Yes, you can request a price match from YouDrugstore. Simply show them recent proof of the lower price at another CIPA-accredited pharmacy for their customer service team to review. Please note that the drug has to be identical and sold under the same terms, for example, the order must ship from Canada just like their orders.

When your order is more than $100, shipping is completely free. For orders less than $100, you just pay a $15 flat-rate shipping fee for your entire order. YouDrugstore.com also sells a wide variety of over-the-counter health products if you want to order more to spend $100 and get free shipping.

Most orders reach their destination within 7 to 10 days. However, please allow up to 21 days after YouDrugstore ships your order to allow it to reach your home address. Please note that they can only ship your order after they have received your payment and an original copy of your prescription.

Whenever YouDrugstore ships an order to you, they will send you a tracking number. Contact your local postal service online or by phone with this tracking number to track the current location of your parcel.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact YouDrugstore's pharmacy team at [email protected]. If you are still not satisfied, they provide a 90-day return policy. Simply ship the product back to them and they will refund your money as well as reimburse the cost of shipping up to a maximum of $10. YouDrugstore is unable to process refunds, reshipments or returns for circumstances that are outside of their control. YouDrugstore will only process your refund and reimbursement for shipping once the product being returned has been received. All returned shipments are destroyed by Health Canada and FDA requirements. Absolutely no returned products will be restocked.

When you purchase products from YouDrugstore online or by phone, you can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or a paper check. Please note that if you pay using a check, because of the time it takes the bank to process the payment, your order will be delayed an additional 5-7 business days. If you prefer to use a different payment method than the ones listed, simply call YouDrugstore and they will do their best to accommodate you.
