For Second Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping, the order must be placed by 11 am EST in order to be shipped the same day. Orders are usually confirmed, packaged, and dispatched in 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Personalized items will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the order date, subject to confirmation. Orders ship from their U.S. warehouse on business days (excluding national holidays); a signature is required for a successful delivery. At the moment they are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, to FPO/APO addresses, and to PO Boxes.
