Veronica Beard accepts returns and exchanges within 21 days of the delivery of your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags intact and the poly bag. Please note that it takes up to 10 business days for returns to be received and processed by their team. Once your return has been processed, you'll receive an automated email notification that a refund has been issued back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-10 business days for these funds to reflect on your original form of payment. If you purchased your item in-store, coordinate your return or exchange with the store directly.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account. If your order was paid with both a gift card and a credit card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first, then the remaining balance to your credit card.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Please allow one business day for processing for all clothing items, and up to 3 business days for processing for shoes. Orders placed before noon ET will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after noon ET will be processed the following business day, regardless of the shipping speed chosen at checkout. Please note purchases containing Veronica Beard shoes can take up to 1-2 business days for fulfillment.
