TrendSpider is a cloud-based platform accessible via any web browser. No software installation is required.

Does TrendSpider work on mobile devices?

Yes, TrendSpider is available on Android and iOS through their mobile apps. Some complex features like creating alerts or new scanners are best used on a desktop, but you can still view scanner results, alerts, and charts on mobile.

What markets does TrendSpider support?

TrendSpider provides real-time data for U.S. equities, Futures, ETFs, forex, and crypto. Futures data is available for an extra exchange fee. OTC and some index data may have slight delays of up to 15 minutes. See the Market Data Catalog for details.

How often does TrendSpider release updates?

TrendSpider continuously improves its platform with regular updates, often weekly. New features, enhancements, and fixes are automatically applied—you don't need to install anything manually.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime. Log in to your TrendSpider account, navigate to "Account & Billing", and modify your plan as needed. Plan changes take effect immediately (upgrades) or at the end of your billing cycle (downgrades/cancellations).

What is TrendSpider's refund policy?

Trial fees are non-refundable. However, if your trial renews or you purchase a full plan and change your mind within 72 hours, you can request a refund (minus the trial fee). Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the initial charge. Because by default, when you cancel, you disable future automated renewals, but your account stays active for your pre-paid time. If you wish to request a refund, please contact TrendSpider after canceling your plan.

What payment methods are accepted?

TrendSpider accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. More payment options, including cryptocurrency, may be added in the future.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, TrendSpider will notify you to update your payment method. Once your payment goes past due, you are allowed a 72-hour grace period. If the payment remains unresolved, your subscription may be suspended until payment is received. TrendSpider's billing provider will automatically retry the payment multiple times over four weeks. If TrendSpider is unable to process your payment after this period of time, your account will be canceled and shut down.
