The Brooklyn Singapore Discount Code - October 2026

They allow returns within 30 days of delivery of your order. Orders outside this timeframe cannot be returned unfortunately. To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been touched by your pet and in the same condition that you received it. For avoidance of doubt, your return can not be/or have been touched by your pet, but can be opened (to assess quality etc...). Please do not let your pet use the product, until you are satisfied with size, quality and colour. The only exception to the above is their Brooklyn Nest bed, which cannot have the vacuum seal broken, as it is impossible for them to re-compress this bed once opened. Items which can not be returned are: Pet Portraits (Both Digital and Framed), Items which have been touched by your pet, and Gift cards.

Any return shipping costs are associated with the customer and will not be reimbursed unless by special arrangement. They recommend having the item tracked, as if the item does not arrive or is lost on the way back to them, a refund will be void (as it has never been received). In the event they are charged for your return, this cost will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased priority dispatch at checkout, please note this shipping charge isn't refundable. Due to the nature of this product, where their time is spent hand drawing your pet and once they send the artwork to you, they have no way of recalling this, under no circumstances do they allow a change of mind or any sort of return, exchange or refund for this product. This includes the print itself, both digital and framed, framing materials, or associated items which are ordered with the portrait. In the rare situation where an order has been damaged by a pet or a customer's appliance (e.g. washing machine), they are unfortunately unable to offer any sort of return or refund in these situations, unless related to a defect.
