Stegmann Clogs offers Free UPS Ground Shipping for orders over $90 within the Continental USA. For orders under $90, there is a $7.50 flat rate shipping cost. Most orders will ship with UPS but some orders will ship USPS at Stegmann Clogs' discretion. Orders placed before Noon (12pm) Eastern may ship the same day. Orders placed after Noon (12pm) Eastern will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays). Stegmann Clogs processes and ships orders within 1-2 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased you can send it back for a refund within 60 days. All returns must be unworn, and in original condition. Return refunds will be reduced by the cost of the return shipping label. Label fees will vary based on your shipping zip code, but will not exceed $10. Refunds will be processed after returns are received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and for refunds to appear on your credit card. Stegmann guarantees against material and/or manufacturers defects for six (6) months with valid proof of purchase. Clogs and shoes are not guaranteed against normal wear and tear. If your shoes are in need of repair from normal wear, they recommend you take them to a local shoe repair location or seamstress.
