Frequently Asked Questions

How long would it take to receive my order?

If you have opted for the PDF-only version, this will be sent over to you instantly after receiving payment. If you have chosen to receive a physical gift package, it will take Star Registration 2 business days to prepare it and send it to you. If you pay via bank transfer, it can take around 2-3 days to be completed. On average, you will receive your gift package faster if you are located in either the USA or Canada. In contrast, shipping to Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and Africa will normally take longer.

I received a defective item. What should I do?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact Star Registration's customer support as soon as possible and provide your order number. You will be asked to submit clear photos of the damaged item(s). Once the damage is verified, Star Registration will arrange to ship a replacement at no cost to you, using the same shipping method as the original order.

Can I cancel my order?

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 365 days of placing it, regardless of the reason. If you are not satisfied with the product, it doesn't meet your expectations, or for any other reason. To cancel an order, please contact Star Registration's customer support and provide your order number.

When will I receive my refund?

Once a refund has been confirmed, it may take 5–10 business days (depending on your card-issuing bank) for the funds to be returned to your account. For PayPal payments, refunds are typically processed within one business day after confirmation.

What is the status of my order?

Once your payment has been processed and received, you will get a confirmation email from Star Registration. If you have chosen the PDF-only version, you will automatically receive the PDF (5 min) after receiving the payment. If you have chosen a physical gift package, you will receive 2 emails - the first will confirm your order has been received, and the second will confirm that goods have been shipped to your delivery address, where, if appropriate, you will also receive a tracking number.

What methods of payment does Star Registration accept?

Star Registration accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer- in this case. You will have to contact Star Registration directly to issue an invoice, which you would be required to pay for Star Registration to process the order (this method can take various days depending on the procedure of transferring payments between banks). Please note that Star Registration does not accept payments on delivery, either with a card or cash - all orders must be prepaid online.
