They deliver via express courier directly to your home. They ship throughout Italy at a cost of €4.95. From a cart value of €100, home delivery is free. For bulky items (bicycles and fitness equipment), the shipping costs amount to 29.95 Euro for delivery in Italy, regardless of the cart value. For bulky items (bicycles and fitness equipment), the shipping costs are 39.95 Euro for delivery within Germany or Austria and 49.95 Euro for delivery outside of Italy, Germany or Austria, regardless of the value of the shopping cart. Bulky items (such as bicycles) will be delivered pre-assembled and not always in the original manufacturer's packaging. Sportler assumes no liability for deficiencies in the pre-assembly phase. The customer is asked to check the condition of the goods as well as their functioning. Incoming orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. Their shipping partner delivers the ordered goods within 24-72 hours within the national territory for all items marked on the product detail page with "delivery in 1-3 working days". All items marked with "delivery in 4-10 days" will be delivered within the established times. To avoid delays in delivery, their shipping partner needs your telephone number to contact you by phone (see mandatory field in the cart). For the same reason, it would also be very useful to indicate an address where the courier can find you during working hours.

(Unused) items can be returned after completing the online return form. Find your order PIN in the top right corner of the invoice sent by email. Once your return request has been reviewed by them, you will receive the return label in a separate email. In Italy, the parcel can be delivered to any post office or SDA branch. In Germany and Austria, the parcel can be handed over to a DPD or DHL collection point. Items can also be returned in SPORTLER stores. You have up to 100 days to return the item, as long as it is unused.
