They ship Monday-Friday during normal business hours. They do their best to ship orders within 2 business days of receiving them, and then transit time can take anywhere between 2-8 business days. They ship all of their orders from Austin, TX. During high volume times and sales they can sometimes experience slight delays that can add an extra 4-5 days to the time it takes them to pack your order.

Sometimes their taste buds don't align. At Skout Organic, their first commitment is making sure they have a great product and ensuring that their customers are truly satisfied with their snacks. Due to FDA guidelines and food safety, they are unable to accept product returns. If this is your first order and you are not completely satisfied with your current online purchase, they can refund you the amount of one of your purchases minus shipping and handling. The amount returned will not exceed $20. This policy applies only to your first order. If you need to contact them for a return, please reach out to the Skout team within 30 days of your product order and have your order number ready. It's their goal for you to be a satisfied customer.

As part of their quality assurance, their bars undergo testing and evaluation before leaving their manufacturer. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please immediately contact Customer Service by emailing [email protected] and send them a photo of the defect and best by date so that they can review the situation and prevent it from happening again. They will replace your order with a new order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless they are the result of an error by Skout Organic. If you request to return your product and originally received free shipping or paid for shipping, you will be charged Skout Organic's cost of shipping by the 3rd party carrier.

Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be made via the method of payment. Credit/debit card transactions can take up to 72 hours depending on your bank and purchase payment method.
