Sheridan Saddle Gift Certificates are a great prize idea to add to any current prize you are planning for an event. Once an order for gift certificates is submitted to them, they will begin preparing your gift certificates and email the complete gift certificates with gift certificate numbers for your winners to use while ordering to the email provided. Please make sure they know your event date in case they need to make the gift certificates in a hurry. Each category describes what saddle the gift certificate will cover along with a picture so you can see the saddle your winner could get and not pay any additional money. You can purchase them directly from their website, with options ranging from $100 to $2000.

They offer free shipping on US orders over $100. For orders under $100, the shipping fee is only $15. All orders are processed upon receipt of the order. They use UPS, FedEx, and the US Post Office to ship their products depending on cost and deadlines set by their customers. Your orders will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days. A shipment confirmation will be sent to your email and/or phone number as soon as your products are shipped from Sheridan Buckle Co.

Every buckle usually has a deadline, and they work very hard to meet these deadlines. Once you order, they get right to work on your products. If you order a product from them and would like to cancel your order, they allow 3 business days to cancel any order from the date of order.

Every product they make is customized and made with your individual needs. For this reason, they do not accept returns except for craftsmanship and manufacturing defects. In the rare instance you have a problem with your order, please contact them at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, they'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

They will notify you once they've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

They accept the following methods of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, ELO Pay, JCB, Union Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
