You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the green "My Jobs" button at the top of any page on their website. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. You can also review more specifics of your order at the "Job Details" page.

Once you click the "Confirm Order" button and submit your order, your credit card will be charged for the total amount shown, including shipping and handling fees, if applicable. No refunds will be given for orders that have been received by their prepress department. In some cases, your order may be canceled and a refund may be extended to you if no work has been completed by PsPrint for that order. In such cases, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee, which would be in addition to any fees charged for proofs, if applicable. In some cases, an order may be voided the same day the order was placed as long as no work has been completed by PsPrint for that order.

You will receive an email within 24 hours of placing an order. If you paid by credit card, and your credit card was approved, this email will confirm your order. Otherwise, it will notify you that the credit card failed and will give you instructions on how to submit your payment. You will also receive confirmation and/or update emails between the time of order placement and order receipt.

They accept the following methods of payment:
Credit cards, issued by U.S. banks only: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.
Debit cards (also called check cards, ATM cards, or banking cards) with a Visa or MasterCard logo on the front.
Google Checkout or PayPal.
Business/personal checks, money orders, and cashier checks, issued by U.S. banks only: available for the purchase of all products except club card flyers. They do not accept checks, money orders, or credit cards issued by foreign (non-U.S.) banks.

UPS Shipping rates may be viewed for your order by choosing your Product with all of the desired product specifications and hitting "Continue" to proceed to the shopping cart page. Once on the shopping cart page you will be asked to enter your shipping zip code and after hitting "Update" the rates for UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air will be displayed. If available in your area, please note this charge is only a handling fee paid to PsPrint for delivery of your package(s) station or airport. These shipping methods are Collected on Delivery, meaning the actual shipping rate is paid to the proper airline when the package(s) are picked up.

PsPrint currently ships to locations within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
