Prescription glasses are custom-manufactured according to your specific prescription. The estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks for processing, plus 2-5 days for transit once they have received and reviewed your valid prescription. They ship to international destinations where available. Shipping costs, estimated delivery period, duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout. Please note that they cannot ship to international P.O. Box addresses. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email.

They will send you a refund notification email after they issue the refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment and takes up to 7 business days to appear in your bank account.

The carrier may have placed it in a safer location. Please check the mailbox, porch, garage, any area out of potential weather hazards, exterior doors, neighborhood, and any locations where the package could be placed. Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail. Check with others in your house who may have accepted it. In rare cases, the package may show as 'delivered' but could take 24 hours.
