Mighty Ape Discount Code - October 2026

They are committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and working with their suppliers to assist with warranty claims. Products sold by Mighty Ape will be covered by a manufacturer's warranty for at least one year from the date of purchase. Your warranty will cover any manufacturing defects which, if existing, will present themselves within this warranty period. Your warranty will not cover normal wear and tear, faults caused by misuse, and accidents that cause damage or theft caused after delivery. Using the product in a way it is not designed for will void your warranty.

If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please notify them as soon as possible. Once you have notified them, they will arrange for the return of the product for assessment. Once they have confirmed the damage or fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You retain the original packaging, including the Mighty Ape box or satchel. You accurately describe the fault or damage. You attach clear photographs of the damage.

Refunds to your credit card or PayPal account will take 1-2 working days to be fully processed back to you. If you paid with AfterPay, Zip, or Klarna, your scheduled payments will be canceled and any payments made to date will be refunded back to you in 1-2 working days, once this has been processed by Mighty Ape. Refunds to your Mighty Ape account credit will be processed within 24 hours.

They use NZ post as their courier service for the majority of their orders for New Zealand customers. Parcels delivered by NZ Post are sent using a standard overnight service. NZ Post provides their customers with fast and reliable delivery to destinations across their comprehensive domestic network. NZ post delivery times vary depending on a product's stock status and the intended delivery address. For very large orders, they may need to use Mainfreight or Jungle XL as these orders lie outside of what NZ Post can handle, due to the size/weight limit. If your order is being shipped with Mainfreight or Jungle XL, this will be indicated in checkout and your order confirmation email along with further details for the tracking of your order.

They are in the process of moving to a new sales platform to offer better features, services, and a wider product range, to ensure they can continue delivering the great shopping experience you know and love! To ensure a seamless transition to their new sales platform, they have removed the ability to request price matches through their website. Any existing price matches can be used at checkout as normal. They recognize the importance of offering Price Matches and apologize for any disappointment this has caused. They appreciate your patience while they undergo this transition, and hope to offer price matches again in the future.

They accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal account Credit, vouchers or Prezzy cards, Afterpay, Zip, Klarna, and Gem.

You can check to see if your order has shipped from My Account. If you have an account with them, you can track the progress of your order by clicking on the relevant order in My Orders under My Account. You can also locate the tracking number from this page if your order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from Mighty Ape with a tracking number. For Jungle Express and Jungle XL orders, you will be sent an SMS text that contains live tracking information. This text will be sent if you provide them with an NZ Mobile Number and your parcel has been shipped from their warehouse.
