Each discount code can only be used one time. The discount can be applied to subscriptions and one-time purchases. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

You must contact them by email at [email protected] within 30 days of the shipment date to notify them that you wish to return the product and the reason for the return. They will then advise you of the shipment address for returning the product. If the reason for the return is due to an error in their processing of your order, they will refund the return shipment costs in addition to the order costs. If not, you will bear the cost of the return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned product, they will process a refund to the same form of payment used for the initial order.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation that they've received it. You will also receive additional updates when the order ships, is out for delivery, and when it's been delivered. You can also check the status of your order in your account by signing in.
