Lopesan Hotels Discount Code - October 2026

Yes! You may go to their Online Check-in page directly and select the hotel from the list to check in.

Except for reservations with online payment ("non-refundable reservations"), reservation modifications are permitted free of charge until 6:00 PM on the day before arrival at the hotel/establishment. If the modification involves extending the dates, adding more people, or increasing the room rate or category, the cost will be based on the pricing conditions indicated on the website www.lopesan.com on the day the modification is made.

The final check-in time at the hotel is 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the guest does not arrive at the hotel and checks in before 6:00 PM on the day of arrival (unless the reservation has been modified or canceled), the credit card (whose details have been previously provided to the guest) will be charged the full amount of the first night's stay per room reserved as compensation. The reservation will be automatically canceled. If check-in is expected after 6:00 PM on the scheduled date, please contact the hotel directly.

The cancellation fees will be defined in the specific conditions of each of the services ultimately contracted by the user. These cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card whose details were provided by the client at the time of booking. If prepayment was made by bank transfer, the hotel may request payment via invoice. The invoice corresponding to the cancellation fees will be sent to the email address or address provided by the client upon registration.

At some of Lopesan Hotels' hotels, upon arrival at the establishment, customers will be offered the option of paying at various points of sale and charging it to their room. To do so, a pre-authorization by credit/debit card will be required. This will temporarily hold or freeze a certain amount on the guest's account. The exact amount will be charged at checkout. If this pre-authorization is not completed, guests will only be able to pay in cash (cash or card) at the various points of sale, and the hotel will retain their credit card.
