1. Lancome accepts returns of purchases made on www.lancome-usa.com within 30 days of purchase if customers are not satisfied.
2. Returns must be initiated online to generate a prepaid label. Items should be returned in original packaging when possible, along with the return slip.
3. Once received, returns are processed within 1–2 business days, and refunds are posted to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. A $5 processing fee is deducted from each return.
4. Customers using their own carrier must still initiate the return online. Final sale items, engraved products, promotional gifts, and e-gift cards are not eligible for return.

Lancome processes orders quickly after they are submitted, so order modifications are not possible once an order has been placed. Cancellations are only available within a very short window immediately after purchase and can be completed through the customer's account order history or by contacting customer service promptly. Once this window has passed, the order can no longer be cancelled. For orders that cannot be cancelled, customers may refer to the Shipping & Returns policy for return instructions after delivery.

Lancome allows customers to stay updated on the latest deals by subscribing to its email and text notifications. During Friends & Family events, subscribers may receive promotional offers such as 30% off and complimentary product samples, including new product launches.

Lancome allows customers to access exclusive offers by visiting the "Coupons and Special Offers" page on its official website. In addition, customers may receive additional promotions by subscribing to email newsletters or text alerts, where limited-time discounts, early access events, and special gift-with-purchase offers are periodically shared.

Lancome accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as debit cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted.
